By using IPTRADE, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our software.
1. Service Description
IPTRADE is trade copying software with two types of products:
Local Products (IPTRADE Multi & CTR):
- Run on your computer
- All trading data stays local
- Supports MT4, MT5, and cTrader
Cloud Products (Cloud Copier & Private Cloud):
- Run on our cloud servers 24/7
- Your trading data is processed on our servers
- No computer required
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Legally capable of entering this agreement
- Not prohibited from using the software under applicable laws
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the software
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software
- Share your license with others
- Use the software for illegal activities
- Resell or sublicense the software
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- Cancel anytime - access continues until period ends
- No refunds for current billing period
- Payments processed securely by Stripe
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Correct software configuration
- All trading decisions
- Compliance with broker and prop firm terms
- Compliance with all applicable laws
- Maintaining account security
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Engage in illegal activities
- Violate broker or prop firm terms
- Share your account credentials
- Exceed your plan's account limits
- Use stolen payment methods
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and materials are owned by IPTRADE COPIER LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
By You: Cancel anytime. Access continues until period ends.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
Effect: Upon termination, you must uninstall all copies of the software.
9. Dispute Resolution
Contact us first: Before legal action, contact us at support@iptradecopier.com to resolve disputes.
Arbitration: If we can't resolve informally, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), not in court.
Exception: Small claims court disputes are allowed.
Class Action Waiver: No class actions. Disputes resolved individually only.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction: New Castle County, Delaware (subject to arbitration provision above).
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. General
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other legal documents, constitute the entire agreement.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.

Premium Plan:
- Monthly: $20/month
- Annual: $192/year (20% discount)
- 5 accounts max
Unlimited Plan:
- Monthly: $50/month
- Annual: $480/year (20% discount)
- Unlimited accounts
Cloud Products
Cloud Copier:
- Monthly: $10/account/month
- Annual: $96/account/year (20% discount)
- Minimum 2 accounts
Private Cloud:
- Monthly: $20/account/month
- Annual: $192/account/year (20% discount)
- Minimum 2 accounts
Billing Cycles
- Monthly: Charged on the same day each month
- Annual: Charged once per year (20% discount)
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Bank transfers (annual plans only)
Payment Processing: All payments processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your card information.
Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
Renewal reminders: We'll email you 7 days before annual renewals.
Cancel anytime: Disable auto-renewal through account settings or contact us.
Cancellation
How to cancel:
- Billing > Manage > Cancel

After cancellation:
- Access continues until period ends
- No charge for next period
- No refunds for current period
Plan Changes
Upgrading
- Takes effect immediately
- Prorated charge for remaining time
- New features activate instantly
Example:
Premium ($20/mo) → Unlimited ($50/mo) with 15 days left = ~$15 prorated charge
Downgrading
- Takes effect immediately
- Prorated credit applied to your account balance
- Credit used automatically on next invoice
Example:
Unlimited ($50/mo) → Premium ($20/mo) with 15 days left = ~$15 credit
Cloud: Adding/Removing Accounts
- Adding: Prorated charge immediately
- Removing: Prorated credit to account balance
- Must maintain minimum 2 accounts
Failed Payments
If your payment fails:
- We retry automatically (3 attempts over 7 days)
- You receive email notifications
- Account suspended if payment unsuccessful
- Subscription canceled if unpaid after 30 days
No late fees. Update your payment method to reactivate.
Taxes
Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT) added based on your location.
EU Businesses: Provide valid VAT ID for reverse charge.
Invoices: Available in your account dashboard and sent via email.
Billing Disputes
Contact us first before filing a chargeback: support@iptradecopier.com
Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension.
Price Changes
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes take effect on your next renewal. Cancel before renewal if you don't agree.

Complex complaints may take longer. We'll keep you updated.

Not satisfied with the resolution?

Refund Policy

General Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in specific cases below.
Why No Refunds?
We provide:
- Free Plan to test before buying (local products)
- Detailed product information and documentation
- Cancel anytime (stops future billing)
- Technical support to resolve issues
No Refunds For
- Change of mind
- Forgot to cancel before renewal
- Didn't use the software
- Trading losses
- Technical issues on your end (internet, VPS, broker issues)
- Misconfiguration or user error
- Canceling mid-cycle
- Downgrading plans (you get account credit instead)
- Violations of our terms
Refund Exceptions
We MAY provide refunds at our discretion in these cases:
1. Billing Errors
Our mistake - We charged you incorrectly, twice, or after you canceled.
2. Unauthorized Charges
Your payment method was used without your authorization (requires proof).
3. Service Unavailability (Cloud Products Only)
Our cloud servers were down for 7+ consecutive days.
Does not apply to:
- Brief outages or maintenance
- Your internet or VPS problems
- Broker or trading platform issues
- Third-party service failures
4. Legal Requirements
Where required by law (e.g., EU consumer rights - see below).
EU Consumer Rights
14-Day Withdrawal Right (EU/UK/Swiss residents):
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
However: If you activate and use the software during the 14-day period, you waive your right to withdrawal.
Note: The Free Plan lets you test risk-free before purchasing.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
If approved:

- You must uninstall the software
Chargebacks
Contact us first before filing a chargeback.
Filing a chargeback will:
- Immediately suspend your account
- Revoke access to the software
- May result in a $25 administrative fee if we win the dispute
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent ban and legal action.
Plan Changes
Downgrades give you account credit (not cash refund). Credit is applied to future invoices automatically.
We do not provide cash refunds for plan changes. The proration system ensures you're not paying for unused time.

Limitation of Liability

Liability cap: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

- Hardware or software failures on your device
Third-Party Issues:

We have no control over third-party services.
